At Soghat-e-Madina, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase you can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days as long as the conditions below are met. Please read this policy before submitting a return or exchange appeal.
7 Day Return & Exchange Policy
A return or exchange can be requested within seven days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return or exchange all eligibility conditions below must be met.
Eligibility Criteria
Your return or exchange request can only be approved if your item meets the conditions written below.
- The item must be sent back within 7 calendar days after delivery.
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be in original sealed packaging.
- Be in original condition with no damage.
- Have all original labels, tags, safety seals and packaging intact.
- Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase such as the order number or purchase confirmation.
We may not accept requests that do not meet these conditions.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items with broken seals or damaged packaging.
- Items without their original packaging or any included accessories.
- Products returned after 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Items purchased during a Final Clearance Sale.
- Products returned without proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

When you reach out, please share.
- Your Order Number.
- Your full name.
- The product name.
- The reason for the return or exchange.
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue (if requested by our team).
Our team will review your request manually. Sometimes we may need extra details before deciding. Once reviewed we’ll let you know if your request is approved or rejected along with the reason. Please don’t send any item back until your request has been officially approved. If approved, we’ll share the return address and next steps with you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return Shipping charges are not refundable. We suggest using a trusted courier and keeping the tracking details until your return is fully processed.
Return Review & Approval
When we receive your returned item we will check its condition and make sure it follows our return requirements. After checking, we will inform you whether your return is approved. If we cannot accept the return, we will let you know the reason.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved then we will process your refund as soon as possible. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the transaction to be completed. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non refundable, unless the return happened due to our mistake.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In case your order arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this immediately, please send us few clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will fast track your case to arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Please note that to keep things fair and efficient, we cannot accept any damage or incorrect item claims reported after this 24-hour window has passed.
Travel & Service Bookings
The 7 Day Policy covers physical products only. Kindly note Travel packages, tours and all other services are excluded from this policy. These bookings can’t be, cancelled, exchanged or refunded after confirmation. If anything is unclear, please ask us before you place your booking.
